CarelonRx's Business Operations org is looking to hire a Test Program Manager (Business Change Director - internal company title). This high-performing individual contributor will be responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that support the achievement of business unit and enterprise goals.  The work here will be Test Program Management for our pharmacy business system integrations.

  • Develops test strategy, leads and coordinates all testing within a project/program. 

  • Manages the relationship with project/program stakeholders (IT and business). 

  • Plays a leadership role in the design, development, and implementation of testing components. 

  • Defines appropriate testing methods to employ to assure the developed product conforms to requirements and design. 

  • Reviews/Approves all project-related test assets for completeness and quality. 

  • Collects testing metrics, and reports status as defined in the test plan with supporting data. 

  • Manages both onshore and offshore test execution resources for projects under test. 

  • Accountable for Test Data Management, collection of requirements, evaluation of available data in repositories, identifying gaps, alignment Configuration Management and Release Management on data needs, and own test data provisioning tasks.

  • Develops testing project plan and ensures testing activities planned stay on track and under budget.

  • May provide direction and guidance to team members and serves as an expert for the team.           

Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 10 years managing mid to large-scale change/project initiatives; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Highly preferred skills and experiences:

  • Requires 5+ years of experience leading and managing HealthPlan or Pharmacy end-to-end testing for web and mainframe-based applications, including defining testing strategies and end-to-end/UAT test plans.

  • 8+ years of experience in the US HealthPlan or PBM domain (Commercial/Medicaid/Medicare) including claims processing, enrollment, and benefit administration.

  • Testing management in the PBM domain in the Specialty pharmacy area is a plus.

  • Experience with pharmacy prescription drug claims testing, benefits and clinical testing is a plus

  • Experience with test automation tools is a plus; Prior experience handling end to end testing of programs involving digital Cloud based web applications is a plus

  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment

  • This position is required to work in EST time-zone

  • This position may require up to 10% travel

  • 5 years of experience with at least one of the following test management tools: HP ALM, JIRA and QTEST

  • 3 years of experience with Agile methodologies

  • 1 year of experience in test data management

  • Experience working with globally dispersed teams is a plus

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $107,000 to $193,000.
