Senior Developer - React JS

The Senior Developer - React JS is a highly skilled ReactJS Developer to collaborate with a team of developers, product managers, and UX designers to develop with the best of the React ecosystem, integrating and proving the capabilities of new technologies and vendor solutions. The candidate should be flexible and ready to take on challenging tasks and provide solutions with strong verbal and written communication skills. 

The ideal candidate is an advanced ReactJS Developer who can work in an innovative and self-driven environment to build dynamic, high performing, and responsive UI for our enterprise “best-in-class” applications.

Primary duties may include,  but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with a team of developers and designers to create an application that runs on multiple platforms. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and strategists to understand the requirements and translate them to design and solutions. 

  • Create reusable, effective, and scalable code by translating stakeholder requirements into valuable features or applications. 

  • Lead discussions on UI architecture and UI code decisions. 

  • Provide leadership to junior team members throughout the agile process. 

  • Design the presentation layer of a n enterprise web application’s front-end. 

  • Use additional JavaScript libraries such as Redux to manage the web application’s state, derive computed data from the state of the system, and make asynchronous API calls.

Minimum Requirements:   

  • BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or combined years of experience within a related field of study and a minimum of 5 years related experience; multi-platform, multi-dimensional experience, and expert level experience with business and technical applications; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. 

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Design and Development of complex applications using ReactJS, JavaScript and Redux. Experience in both Android and iOS platforms, web sockets and RESTful APIs. 

  • Expertise in Architecture, Design, Development, Troubleshooting, Test Automation and Performance Tuning and Benchmarking of complex enterprise systems. 

  • Strong expertise in working with JavaScript, Node JS, Styled Components, Webpack and other tools related to React Front End Development. 

  • Experience in designing & developing reusable front end frameworks, node modules and tools. 

  • 5 years of strong experience in Front End technologies like ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, Object Oriented JavaScript (ES5 & ES6). 

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Knowledge on security protocols and data protections measures. 

  • Experience working in agile & scrum environment. 

  • Proficiency in tools like Git, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Confluence & JIRA. 

  • Experience in Storybook framework is a plus.
