*Will consider highly qualified candidates from additional locations. This position will take part in Elevance Health's hybrid work model which includes remote work and 0-3 days in office per month.
The Talent Scout Sr. (Nurse Practitioner/Clinical Sourcing) is responsible for augmenting the inbound candidate pool for highly specialized and complex jobs using all available vehicles including, but not limited to, social media, databases, and career-related websites.
How You Will Make an Impact:

Source jobs that may be considered niche in the labor market and often require a higher level of candidate engagement and commitment to hire.

Develop and foster relationships by having strong understanding of the specialized and complex jobs in order to develop talent pools using CRM technologies, and makes live outreach to passive candidates.

Screens candidate resumes to submit to the recruiters.

Collaborate with the manager and TA leadership to create role-based sourcing strategy using all available sourcing vehicles.

Work with leadership to develop and execute digital sourcing strategy.

Reviews and filters inbound resumes and screens candidates against basic qualifications identifying suitable candidates to provide to recruiters.

May participate in intake meeting(s) with hiring managers.

Engages in proactive sourcing to passive candidates.

Maintains candidate pools via CRM technologies.

Curates talent communities and makes outreach on a defined frequency.

Works with Recruiters to align on creating talent pipelines.

Conducts basic labor market insights (e.g. LinkedIn Insights) to support strategy.

Responsible for mentoring, training and providing assistance to lower level Talent Scouts as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
Requires a BA degree in HR related field and/or marketing or communications field and a minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Experience in sourcing and qualifying candidates with highly specialized skills required.

Experience with creation of complex candidate sourcing strategy and associate reporting tools required.

Experience with cognitive and AI technologies in talent acquisition required.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences

Nurse Practitioner/Clinical sourcing experienced strongly preferred.

Ability to interface with candidates in an engaging and persuasive manner strongly preferred.

Experience with Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing strongly preferred.

In-depth knowledge of the talent acquisition landscape in health insurance industry strongly preferred.

Master’s degree; professional HR / TA Certification(s) strongly preferred.
