*Will consider highly qualified candidates from additional locations. This position will take part in Elevance Health's hybrid work model which includes remote work and 0-3 days in office per month.

The Executive Talent Program Manager is responsible for facilitating enterprise-wide leadership and executive development offerings, including but not limited to single sessions, segments of broader programs, and high-performing team development to leaders. 

How You Will Make an Impact

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide world-class facilitation for in-person and virtual sessions focused on leadership skill development and transformation, including but not limited to, strategic, conceptual, interpersonal, process improvement, ideation business needs.

  • Leverage various technologies to deliver highly effective, interactive learning experiences that promote improved business outcomes.

  • Consult with program designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure highly effective development solutions and experiences for executives and leaders.

  • Build relationships and credibility with senior executives and leaders and establish a reputation as a world-class, master facilitator

  • Deliver multiple/various programs with overlapping schedules

  • Document and measure outcomes from services.

  • Be an Enterprise champion of the Elevance Health vision, mission, and purpose, connecting strategic priorities to facilitated content as appropriate.

  • Maintain fluency in current and emerging practices and technologies that promote leadership development experiences; train others on related practices and technologies as needed.

  • Multiply the facilitation capability within Elevance Health by creating, training, and managing an internal facilitator network to meet the needs of individual business units or teams.

  • Provide design, development, and consultation on targeted leadership development offerings and curriculum as requested/assigned by manager.

  • Conduct performance consulting and needs assessments with senior leaders related to other learning needs as requested/assigned by manager.

  • Provide direct support to manager or program lead, by performing management duties as needed, to multiply impact of the team/function.

  • Up to 25% travel may be required.

Minimum Requirements

  • Requires BA/BS, and a minimum of 5+ years of demonstrable experience as a professional facilitator/trainer for senior executives/leaders; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. 

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experience

  • Professional facilitation certification (i.e., CMF, CPF, CCF).

  • Master’s Degree.

  • 3+ years executive business experience leading a team, department, business unit, or company.

  • Current experience with technologies that enable interactive, effective, and engaging learning experiences.

  • Experience facilitating group learning in-person and virtually and leading groups through activities such as experiential learning, role plays, conflict/issue resolution, team building/intervention, strategic planning, brainstorming, or focus groups.

  • End to end experience in creating and implementing learning programs. 

  • Knowledge of world-class facilitation and strategies for promoting interaction in learning and maximizing retention of learners.

  • Deep knowledge of adult learning principles, group dynamics/process, coaching, and feedback.

  • Deep expertise in one of the following domains: I/O psychology, HR, leadership development, learning.

  • Expertise in developing/delivering memorable leadership experiences.

  • Ability to quickly learn new programs, sessions, or content to address business leadership needs.

  • Ability to contribute to a high-performing team and to work autonomously. 

  • Self-motivated with achievement mindset, focused on providing world-class service to internal clients/learners.

  • Consummate professional able to build credibility and maintain relationships with senior leaders. 

  • Experience with Fortune 100 companies known for strong HR and/or leadership development practices.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $90,000-$162,000.
