This position could primarily be remote, but proximity to an Elevance Health major office (pulse point) is a plus.  Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model with pulse point sites used for collaboration, community, and connection.  

The Marketing Account Manager Sr. is responsible for partnering with business and cross functional areas to identify and implement medium to large-scale campaigns that support achievement of complex unit or corporate goals.

How You Will Make an Impact

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: 

  • Consults with business to determine key communication initiatives and prioritize based on Enterprise, Business Unit and Shared Services goals.

  • Defines the communications strategy ensuring initiatives are measurable and aligned with business goals prior to engaging creative teams or partners to develop materials.

  • Owns budget, establishes success metrics, tracks ROI on initiatives, evaluates effectiveness, and identifies opportunities to optimize campaigns.

  • Collects data sources, chooses vendors, and manages infrastructure to activate the strategy behind all initiatives.

  • Reports on initiative progress. Collects information, plans a course of action, develops the creative brief, and reviews/approves overall concepts.

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for creative, media and automated outreach vendors executing their campaigns.

  • Serves as primary stakeholder for creative, ensuring content is on message, aligns with strategy, and is actionable and trackable.

Minimum Requirements:

 Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Managed care experience and data analytics experience preferred.

  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.

  • Experience with Tableau and Workfront are a plus.
