The Sr. Systems Analyst is accountable for enhancing, supporting, and managing the in-house claims processing system.
Location: Remote work from home position.
How you will make an impact:

Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving any problems related to claims system issues, enhancements, and file transfers with vendors, particularly those that require escalation.

Act as an integral partner to the Claims department to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.

Identify opportunities for improvement and anticipate potential issues.

Assist with system configuration and code set maintenance.

Oversight of Relay Health – MCO ( Managed Care Optimizer ) imports/jobs.

Create and execute test plans.

Ensure stakeholders are kept up to date on system issues and problem resolution.

Assist in the development of training documentation and identify additional documentation needs.
Minimum Requirements:
-
Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 3 years of experience with documenting requirements and/or building test cases for a variety of technologies; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
-
Experience with Relay Health – MCO or other claim systems.

Oversight of IT functions related to claims processing.
-
Troubleshooting, monitoring, measuring, reconciling, process performance and problem solving.

MS SQL, SFTP.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $88,688– $110,860
