Remote Monday - Friday with 4-10 days a month in office
Responsible for supporting IT Procurement. Responsible for the negotiation (i.e. strategize, contract and execute) of high dollar, complex sourcing initiatives, specifically focused in Cloud-based technology and Enterprise Software . The successful candidate will be detail oriented in monitoring required communication, support materials and ensure licensing, legal and regulatory requirements are in compliance.
How you will make an impact:
- Executes standardized strategic sourcing processes for assigned initiatives.
- Builds and maintains strong working relationships with internal customers and key suppliers.
- Focuses on cost savings.
- Participates in cross-enterprise sourcing teams and aggressively tracks and improves non-compliance preferred supplier(s).
- Participates in fact-based negotiations and executes contracts utilizing approved terms and conditions. Recognize organizational risks, limitations, or concerning language and act as a liaison to facilitate meetings with business partners, suppliers, and additional subject matter experts or legal to negotiate appropriate and favorable terms for the company.
- Comfort and skill articulating and discussing contracting issues and working with legal partners and other departments to resolve them.
- Tracks communications and contract status in accordance with other processes. Owns the contract lifecycle, including approvals, content development, version control, and execution.
- Recommends and implements sourcing strategies
- Aggressively monitors, tracks and reports supplier compliance and performance benefits.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Requires a BA/BS; 10 years of experience in sourcing/supplier selection including 8 years of experience in negotiating pricing and contract terms and conditions for IT related purchases; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experience:
- MBA preferred.
- CPM preferred.
- Solid time management and organizational skills.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills as evidenced by positive interactions with coworkers, management, clients and vendors.
- Ability to balance tasks and multiple competing priorities.
- Maintains a positive attitude under pressure.
- Professional with a high level of self-motivation and energy.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $108,400-$195,120
