The Sr. Quality Assurance Manager will be a key leader of the cyber security team. The Sr. Quality Assurance Manager will work closely and partner with multiple separate groups to implement new features and capabilities within the identity space. Responsible for a team that will automate Quality Assurance testing quickly, accurately, and securely. Mentoring associates, working collaboratively across different organizations, creating, and maintaining roadmaps, and implementing software development best practices across the team are the major highlights, but not limited to, the Sr. Quality Assurance Manager role. 

 
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:  

  • Maintain a team of onshore and offshore Automated and Manual testers.

  • Manage and direct the QA and testing activities across a diverse environment of B2B, B2C and B2E Identity applications.

  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with key business partners.  

  • Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate performance of direct reports. 

  • Own the team’s testing software, help define solutions to problems while mitigating long-term risks.

  • Create new standards and best practices to increase effectiveness of testing and ensure quality across a diverse environment. 

  • Ensure appropriate documentation and testing on all software delivered.

  • Develop maintainable test automation frameworks, tools, and automated test suites.

  • Define, track and report quality metrics across the organization. 

Minimum Requirements:  

  • BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 5 years of experience leading project teams, application software development, maintenance or implementation and support, including 3 years of management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. 

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • 3+ years as a QA Manager strongly preferred.

  • Proficient with a variety of Software development/scripting languages.

  • Familiar with different testing frameworks such as Junit and Selenium. 

  • Superior organization skills with the ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced and large environment. 

  • Demonstrated understanding and experience with Identity and Access Management. 

  • Experience with cloud-based tools and CI/CD implementation a plus.

  • Proven track record of leading automated QA teams in an agile methodology and launching production-ready applications.  

  • Experience in delivering outcomes through agile software delivery. 

  • Excellent communications skills and be able to build strong relationships with senior leaders and peers.  

  • Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts and tools such as Active Directory and SailPoint is a plus. 

  • Familiarity with IT control processes around risk and compliance.

  • Experience with Privileged Access solutions is a plus. 

  • Experience effectively leading or collaborating with cross-functional resources to manage and resolve interdependencies. 

  • Ability to be able to carry out verbal and/or written instructions. 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
