Description
The SailPoint Developer will be a key member of our cyber security team. The SailPoint Developer will work closely and partner with multiple separate groups to increase automation within the identity space. The SailPoint Developer will execute and automate identity provisioning and deprovisioning processes quickly, accurately, and securely. Writing and deploying code to downstream applications such as SailPoint, provisioning infrastructure as code for our automated identity management system and supporting internal SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to deliver automated identity solutions to our customers will be key to this position. A proven track record of automating and launching products within Cybersecurity and/or Identity and Access will lead to success in this position.
Responsibilities:

Integrate applications into SailPoint developing custom connectors, integrations, and rules to meet IAM requirements.

Design a cloud native infrastructure environment in AWS from development environments through production environments utilizing Identity and Cybersecurity best practices.

Mentor and consult with peers and customers.

Configure systems and application monitoring.

Define alerts and build appropriate dashboards.

Integrate security tools, standards, and processes into the Software Development Life Cycle across on-premises and cloud applications.

Create new standards and best practices to increase effectiveness of provisioning and deprovisioning across a diverse environment.

Automate provisioning and integration as part of mergers and acquisitions.

Automate solutions at an enterprise grade with focus on consistent user experience.

Hands on design, development, and documentation of application integration.
Minimum Requirements:
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a support and operations or design and engineering role in any of the following areas: access management or network security technologies, servers, networks, Network communications, telecommunications, operating systems, middleware, disaster recovery, collaboration technologies, hardware/software support or other infrastructure services role; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Experience providing top-tier support for 3 or more of the information security technology areas: access control, application security, business continuity and disaster, recovery planning, cryptography, information security and risk management, legal and regulations, compliance and investigations, operations security, physical (environmental) security, security architecture and design or telecommunications and network security.
Preferred Qualifications:

Technical security certifications (e.g. Systems Security Certified Practitioner) strongly preferred.

BA/BS degree in Information System and Computer Science or related field of study strongly preferred.

5+ years working with Active Directory preferred.

3+ years developing in SailPoint preferred.

Experience in delivering outcomes through agile software delivery.

Demonstrated understanding and experience with Identity and Access Management.
-
Proficient with a variety of Software development / scripting languages such as C# / Java / Python / PowerShell.

Familiarity with IT control processes around risk and compliance.
-
Familiarity with Security domain concepts such as SAML, OAUTH, OIDC, LDAP, SSO, ADFS, and Federation flow.

Experience with Privileged Access solutions is a plus.

Strong ‘self-starter’ and initiative to navigate complex subject matter in a large organization.

Experience managing delivery full-stack technical solutions.

Exposure to agile product management including the ability to set vision, establish a roadmap, set goals, write user stories, and execute.

Experience leading or collaborating with cross-functional resources to manage and resolve interdependencies.

Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.

Excellent communication and relationship building skills with senior leaders.

Knowledge of Identity & Access Management concepts and tools such as Active Directory and SailPoint.

Deep experience with Java Frameworks and Docker / Kubernetes.
