Location:  This position will work remotely. Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of an Elevance Health PulsePoint location. 

We are seeking a Senior Go to Market Director in the Carelon Product Portfolio Management organization to develop and lead the integrated go-to-market strategies for Carelon products. 

How you will make an impact: 

  • Partners with Product, Customer Success, Carelon Strategy, internal and external growth teams, and executive stakeholders to develop and leverage go to market strategies and ensure alignment with enterprise initiatives. 

  • Collaborates deeply with internal and/or external business partners to evaluate opportunities and define go to market strategies for Carelon products and services for both internal and external opportunities, including new growth opportunities. 

  • Provides product portfolio expertise, strategies, and innovation to support internal (e.g., GBD, CSBD) proposals. 

  • Works closely with business and product leaders, sales, and Customer Success teams to identify integration and cross-sell opportunities across the Carelon portfolio. 

  • Responsible for serving as an enterprise SME leveraging existing and new content requirements to ensure a compelling product value proposition. 

  • Integrates roadmaps and product capabilities to support Customer Success in robust communication of Carelon products, roadmaps, and opportunity in Elevance. 

  • Lead (and support) product discovery workgroups for Elevance and Carelon partnership with external vendors to develop an integrated suite of product and service solutions. 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience including 3 years of portfolio management, product development, and/or project/program management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:  

  • Ability to travel. 

  • Prior leadership experience preferred. 

  • Prior strategic planning experience in healthcare preferred. 

  • Existing “Go to Market” experience highly preferred. 

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) highly preferred.. 

  • MBA preferred or Healthcare consulting experience preferred. 

  • Highly collaborative and able to influence.  

  • Experience working in high-growth, performance-focused environment. 

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous workstreams with a high degree of accountability and personal urgency and tackle ambiguous problems. 

  • Demonstrates thought leadership, ability to execute on strategy to build relationships and engage in difficult conversations. 

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $127,840 to $230,112.

Locations:  California; Colorado; Nevada; Washington State; Jersey City, NJ; New York City, NY; Ithaca, NY and Westchester County, NY
