Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer will be a key member of the cyber security team and will work closely and partner with multiple separate groups to increase automation within the identity space.
How you will make an impact:

Integrate applications into SailPoint developing custom connectors, integrations, and rules to meet IAM requirements.

Execute and automate Identity provisioning and deprovisioning processes quickly, accurately, and securely.

Write and deploy code to downstream applications such as SailPoint.

Provision infrastructure as code for our automated Identity Management system.

Support internal SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to deliver automated Identity Solutions to our customers in an effective and efficient manner.

Design cloud native infrastructure environments in AWS from development environments.

Utilize production environments through identity and cybersecurity best practices.

Mentor and consult with peers and customers.

Configure systems and application monitoring, define alerts, and build appropriate dashboards.

Integrate security tools, standards, and processes into the Software Development Life Cycle across on-premises and cloud applications.

Create new standards and best practices to increase effectiveness of provisioning and deprovisioning across a diverse environment.

Automate provisioning and integration as part of mergers and acquisitions.

Design, develop and document all processes and application integration.
-
First level engineering design functions and trouble resolution.

Provides trouble resolution and serve as point of technical escalation on complex problems.

Lead or plan implementations for access management and network security technologies.

Develop testing plans to ensure quality of implementation.
-
Lead the investigation and reporting of data security events and incidents.
-
Lead system and network architecture support for information and network security technologies.
-
Provide technical support to business and technology associates in risk assessments and implementation of appropriate information security procedures, standards, and technologies.

Represent major upgrades and business system replacements in change control.

Design and engineer repetitive technical solutions based on business requirements and defined technology standards.
Minimum Requirements:
-
Requires BS/BA degree in Information Technology or related field of study and a minimum of 5 years of experience in systems support, system administration, system engineering, system security, access management, network security, network communications, computer networking, telecommunications, systems development and management, hardware, software, and/or data; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

Extensive experience with Java Frameworks and Docker / Kubernetes strongly preferred.

Software development / scripting languages such as C# / Java / Python / PowerShell strongly preferred.
-
5+ years working with Active Directory strongly preferred.
-
3+ years Developing in SailPoint strongly preferred.

Strong understanding and experience with Identity and Access Management preferred.
-
Familiarity with IT control processes around risk and compliance preferred.
-
Familiarity with Security domain concepts such as SAML, OAUTH, OIDC, LDAP, SSO, ADFS, and Federation flow preferred.

Experience with privileged access solutions preferred.

Experience managing delivery full-stack technical solutions preferred.

Experience launching products within Cybersecurity and/or Identity and Access Management preferred.

Experience in delivering outcomes through agile software delivery preferred.

Knowledge of identity and access Management (IAM) concepts and tools such as Active Directory and SailPoint preferred.

Exposure to agile product management including the ability to set vision, establish a roadmap, set goals, write user stories, and execute preferred.

Experience leading or collaborating with cross-functional resources to manage and resolve interdependencies preferred.
