Location:   Remote – Available cities are: Indianapolis IN, Tampa FL, Atlanta GA, Austin TX, Richmond VA, Columbus OH

Hours: M – F Standard Working Hours

Travel: Minimal travel may be requested


Position Overview:

Support business by providing thorough data analysis on assigned projects. Responsible for serving as the liaison between the business and IT in translating complex business needs into business processes and application software.  

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Gathering Business requirements from internal and external departments to achieve project deliverables

  • Analyzes complex end user needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs

  • Determines specific business application software requirements to address complex business needs

  • Develops project plans and identifies and coordinates resources, involving those outside the unit

  • Works with programming staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing

  • Acts as a resource to users of the software to address questions/issues

  • May provide direction and guidance to team members and serves as an expert for the team

Required Qualifications:

  • Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 5 years business analysis experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Medicare experience is a preferred

  • Medicare sales processes/knowledge preferred

  • Ability to effectively present concepts to various levels or leadership preferred

  • Extremely proficient Excel experience strongly preferred

  • Microsoft office suite experience preferred

  • Data analysis experience strongly preferred

  • Project manager exposure preferred
