Work Schedule : M-F 8:30-5:00
Location : Remote ( Connecticut base only)
Supports and assists Residential Care Home (RCH) staff with accessing the web-based training portal managed by Department of Public Health, act as the proctor while RCH staff take the online test. Direct responsibility for training and evaluation of the RCH staff related to the Practicum (Pass & Pour) portion of the training. Support co-management team in providing support to members who have an identified unmet behavioral health need and identifying member who have an unmet medical or dental need.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Provides/coordinates provider training.
- Promotes provider compliance with local/state/region/federal regulations through provider forums and training opportunities.
- Supports the contractual agreements with all providers to ensure compliance with local/state/federal regulations.
- Provides leadership in the development, implementation and evaluation of provider operations,.
- Reviews state and national programs, trends and literature regarding provider issues and recommend appropriate strategies.
Qualifications
- Requires a RN licensure in Connecticut
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
