Description
The Manager III Care Center is responsible for providing supervision and leadership to the administrative and non-physician clinical staff of large care centers. This role within CareMore performs the responsibilities of a medical assistant on a limited basis (20% or less of their time). This level serves a larger population size at CareMore Care Center locations and may be responsible for multiple CareMore Care Centers. This level may also manage one average to large multi-specialty integrated Care Center location with a higher volume of staff.
Location: This position is onsite Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30pm PST.
How you will make an impact:
· Implements and monitors operational/office policy and procedures.
· Ensures office processes are efficient, supports the care center, and enhances patient satisfaction and retention.
· Analyzes daily office operations and utilization of resources, appropriate staffing levels and morale.
· Interacts with regional manager to facilitate office operations to meet company objectives. Conducts monthly staff meetings.
· Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
· Submission of sheets, and PTO monitoring.
Minimum Requirements:
· Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 7 years of experience in a physician office including working knowledge of managed care and Fee-For-Service reimbursement requirements; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
· For the CareMore business unit, both a Medical Assistant Certification and satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test are required.

· Knowledge of HEDIS/ Quality Gaps in Care
