Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. This position will take part in the hybrid workforce strategy which includes virtual work and in office 1-2 days per week.

The Compliance Consultant is responsible for delivering and executing foundational compliance responsibilities that support the team and management at the advanced level.

How you will make an impact:

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Report, communicate, research State and Federal laws at the advanced level, regulations, contract requirements (both state and Alliance), regulatory audits and/or exams.
• Provide advanced level support to regulatory audits or exams, internal audits, accreditations, on-site reviews, risk assessments.
• At the advanced level, analyze and extract regulatory data, documentation for compliance with requirements.
• Participate in compliance monitoring to identify process gaps, validate compliance levels, map processes, draft corrective actions/remediation plans.
• Assist in development and monitoring of Corrective Action Plans, partnering with business through CAP resolution.
• Develop compliance committee meeting materials, including agenda, meeting minutes, and supporting documentation. Interface with external clients, regulators, vendors, supplier, internal stakeholders, and executive leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 3 years health care, regulatory, ethics, compliance, or privacy experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $57600 to $103,680
