Process Expert Senior

Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and in office currently one day per week). Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of our Pulse Point location in Richmond, VA.

As part of the Clinical Analytics team the Process Expert Senior will support and work with multiple operations departments by participating in both project and process work.

How you will make an impact:

Research operations workflow problems and system irregularities.
Develop, test and present process improvement solutions for new systems, new accounts, and other operational improvements.
Lead, track and own various processes and reporting activities across the team.
Report and present results from projects.
Develop and lead project plans and communicate project status.
Provide process direction and decision making for all minor and major project work.
Mentor and provide guidance to process experts.
May be assigned special projects or work for the team.
May perform duties as a lead when involved with enterprise-wide initiatives/projects.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project coordination in a high-volume managed care operation (claims, customer service, enrollment, and billing); or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

Ability to analyze workflows, processes, supporting systems and procedures and identifying improvements strongly preferred.
Experience mentoring, coaching, and providing guidance to others strongly preferred.
Healthcare industry experience preferred.
