Business RPA Consultant
Locations: Indianapolis, IN; Mason, OH; Atlanta, GA; Virginia Beach, VA

The Business RPA Consultant is responsible for building and implementing enterprise business solutions utilizing RPA and other software.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Creates and maintains BOTs that will interact with multiple internal and external applications.
- Works with cross-functional team members for process identification and feasibility, solving issues that arise in day to day running and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
- Creates Proof of Concepts to help the business recognize the feasibility of an automated solution using Robotic Process Automation software and other business software.
- Leads structured peer reviews and walkthroughs.
- Participates in the technical design and development including creating and maintaining solution documentation.
- Maintains and improves existing applications by working closely with business stakeholders to map existing work processes and identify productivity opportunities.
- Ensures best practices are being followed at each stage of the development life cycle.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 7 years relevant experience, at least 2 years experience building Robots utilizing Robotics Process Automation (RPA) software; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
- Excellent communication skills and accuracy are key.
- 3 years experience using UiPath Studio or 5 years building .NET applications preferred.
- Experience with business analytics software, Microsoft Power Suite, or other finance automation software a plus.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science preferred.
- Experience in leading other associates in a team environment to drive business solutions strongly preferred.

Candidates must reside within 50 miles or 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location.
