Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model with pulse point sites (major offices) used for collaboration, community, and connection. This position can be primarily virtual, however, will be based within 50 miles of a pulse point site listed above.

Work schedule: M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.

The Clinical Quality Compliance Administrator is position is responsible for coordinating Quality Management (QM) activities related to compliance and accreditation for an assigned SBU.

How you will make an Impact: 

  • Develops and maintains pertinent compliance plans.

  • Monitors adherence to plans and prepares status reports.

  • Conducts audits, identifies training and communication needs, and implements related programs.

  • Ensures all policies and procedures are updated as legislation or accreditation standards change. Implements standardization of procedures and documentation within SBU.

  • Develops and delivers executive-level presentations and represents senior management on compliance issues and related committees.

  • Prepares QM Department for oversight audits.

  • Prepares corrective action plans in response to the oversight body's request.

  • Conducts audits of QM processes and files.

  • Writes policies and procedures.

  • Assists with the development of provider manuals, audit tools, and guidelines.

  • Coordinates flow of information and documentation between associates responsible for day-to-day activities related to accreditation or regulatory reviews.

  • Develops and implements accreditation and regulatory review tracking system.

  • Maintains accreditation and/or regulatory review compliance library.

  • Creates audit tools, reports, standardized policies and procedures, and provider manuals.

  • Facilitates implementation of survey or regulatory recommendations.

  • Assesses and evaluates progress towards meeting standards.

  • Recommends new process.

  • Trains associate on new and revised standards.

  • Compiles documentation for presentation to accrediting/regulatory organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of compliance, audit, or quality improvement experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills , Capabilities, and Experiences:

  • Experience with regulatory/accreditation audits and knowledge of regulatory/accreditation standards in a health or managed care environment is preferred.

  • Travel to the worksite and other locations as necessary.

  • Quality, compliance, or process improvement experience is preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $65,440 to $122,700.
