CareMore Health is looking for a Director of Consumer Growth to join its team. This People Leader will be responsible for directing consumer sales, broker relationships, and support activities for CareMore Health nationwide.


[Position can work from anywhere in the US, but will support all US markets/time zones]
 

How will you make an impact:

  • Develops go-to-market strategies to enroll Medicare beneficiaries with CareMore Health as the primary care provider of choice
  • Partners with health plan sales organizations to drive incremental (new) enrollments that are attributed to CareMore Health as a key provider group for those health plans
  • Provides leadership and support to national, regional, and local broker relationships to help achieve patient growth targets across all markets, focused primarily on Medicare beneficiaries 
  • Implements strategic plan and roadmap to ensure profitable membership growth 
  • Develops sales support business plan through key internal teams as well as leveraging broker relationships
  • Directly manage outreach and growth associates in markets nationwide 
  • Develops communications and facilitates the delivery to educate and advise brokers of the CareMore business model and its offerings.
  • Assesses broker relationships to ensure they are fostered and maintained and follow all compliance regulations both internally and externally.
  • Partners with CareMore Health clinical, operations, and leadership.
  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates the performance of direct reports.
  • Execute and iterate strategy for targeted broker communication campaigns to build engagement and excitement across email, text, and digital channels.
  • Build a roadmap articulating a vision for future broker engagement initiatives and communicate to senior leadership and other executive stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute thoughtful, analytically backed strategies and optimization initiatives to deliver growth goals.
  • Manage and own multiple projects and a variety of work streams simultaneously while facilitating input from a variety of key cross-functional partners.
  • Align needs and deliverables across all levels of the organization and manage the timely delivery of projects and assets related to goals and budget.
  • Plan, execute, and test pilots for new services, experiences, or digital tools such as a new email campaign type, a piece of broker mail or swag, a live training or event, a digital experience in our agent portal, or something else.
  • Own, manage and build upon current broker engagement programs.
     

Minimum requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 7 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years of professional/leadership experience with broker service relationships; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
     

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

  • Understanding of how to foster and grow relationships within our healthcare broker and sales community
  • Existing Medicare broker channel relationships
  • Experience with Special Needs Plan (SNP) products
  • Experience with reputation management and rebranding in client development
  • Experience leading a team remotely across the US
  • Understanding of medical health insurance and care delivery model
  • Adaptable to change and have experience leading change in a highly matrixed organization 
  • Understanding of how to foster and grow relationships within our healthcare broker community
  • Existing Medicare broker channel relationships
  • Experience with reputation management and rebranding in client development
  • Knowledge of the CareMore provider model,
  • Understanding of the CareMore value proposition
  • Experience leading a team remotely across the US
