Title: 340B Senior Contract Administrator- BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy

Location: 5411 Sky Center Dr, Tampa, FL 33607

Hybrid: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered.

The Senior Contract Administrator is responsible for creating, researching, filing, and assisting in implementing contracts and policy related to the 340B program for hospitals, health systems, employer group/brokers, and strategic partners.

How you will make an impact:

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepares, maintains and files contracts and documentation related to the 340B program.

  • Manages, updates and oversees the Icertis contract management tool performance and outstanding tasks.

  • Files documents in document repositories as well as Icertis as appropriate.

  • Works independently and with specialists, attorneys, and outside vendors to identify complex issues/solutions by analysis, testing and resolution.

  • Ensures products comply with state and federal laws.

  • Files documents with state department of insurance for approval.

  • Monitors state and federal legislation affecting 3 40B contracting efforts.

  • Recommends compliance review processes and participates in compliance efforts.

  • Manages projects and/or participates in corporate initiatives.

  • Administers the electronic publishing system/Access databases including technical direction of interface programs.

  • Compiles and analyzes data in support of contract development: analyzes state and federal legislation; identifies new legislation that affects company products; researches regulatory issues; recognizes the absence of critical elements of information; perceives ambiguities or contradictions requiring clarification; converts legal information into easy-to-read narrative; corresponds with state insurance departments, internal clients, and others.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Icertus Experience preferred.
