Account Service Coordinator

Hybrid: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 day per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of remote work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered.
The Account Service Coordinator is responsible for providing advanced customer service representation for accounts. Work closely with our pharmacy partners on a Value Based Care model to drive Cost of Care savings by closing HEDIS gaps for our plans, along with improving adherence and member satisfaction.
How you will make an impact:
- Interprets and supports plan benefit design, providing advanced customer service representation to pharmacy partner accounts to ensure plan goals are met.
- Maintain and grow relationships with external pharmacy partners.
- Ensure expectations are aligned for partnership, inclusive of pharmacy contract and training/educational materials.
- Resolves complex claims, benefit, and streamline enrollment issues.
- Make virtual routine check-ins to pharmacies to build trust, expand relationship and ensure KPI's and expectations are met.
- Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process and training sessions; and on-site facility visits.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationship; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
- Pharmacy background highly preferred.
