Office Location: 8940 Lyra Drive, STE 300, Columbus, OH 43240
Hybrid Workforce Schedule: Hybrid 2; This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM Eastern Time.
The Administrative Assistant II is responsible for providing high level administrative support to an individual or department. This administrative assistant will primarily support the plan president for the Ohio MyCare and the Ohio Medicaid program plans; additional dotted line leadership support is expected.
How You Will Make an Impact
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Researches and verifies information pertaining to reports; prepares/tracks budgets; creates databases and analyzes moderately complex data.
Supports projects by assisting the manager and/or the department, builds and maintains project plans, schedules, and contributes to meetings to ensure project deliverables are met.
Prepares correspondence and reviews documentation for conformance with internal policies and procedures.
May maintain files, orders supplies, coordinates meetings and compiles as well as distributes meeting minutes.
Handles travel arrangements and expense reports.
Coordinates the schedule of the leaders supported.
Processes invoices for payment to vendors and suppliers.
May screen, handle or distribute incoming calls and complaints.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a HS diploma or GED and a minimum of 4 years’ administrative experience: or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
Computer/technology comfortability to include digital fluency and AI creativity strongly preferred.
BA/BS degree preferred.
Ability to use Microsoft Suite productivity applications to include Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, and MS Teams strongly preferred.
Ability to assist with or manage special projects as needed, ensuring they align with organizational goals and timelines.
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage schedules, handle correspondence, and organize meetings and events as need.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders, including executives, team members, and external partners.
The ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in an environment with changing priorities.
Capable of identifying and addressing issues proactively.
Strong professional and interpersonal skills to foster a cooperative and supportive work environment.
Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, ideally within the healthcare industry, would be advantageous.
