Title: Administrative Clerk Sr. 

Schedule: This position will work a first shift within operational hours from 8:30 am- 5:30 pm Monday thru Friday. Additional hours or days may be required based on operational needs.

Location: This role requires associates to work from the posted locations full-time, enabling consistent face-to-face collaboration, teamwork, and direct engagement. This policy promotes an environment built on in-person interaction, communication, and immediate support. When reporting to the office the location is in 1001 San Roberto Street, Suite 101, San Juan, Puerto Rico 00926.

The Administrative Clerk Sr. is responsible for providing a variety of clerical and some administrative duties.

How you will make an impact:

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Makes and receives phone calls to exchange information to accomplish tasks.
  • Organizes/maintainers files, records, lists, and handles mail.
  • Type's letters, forms and other documents, checks documents for accuracy and completeness, and cross-references information.
  •  Maintains supply inventories.
  • Provides timely and accurate resolution of clerical issues.
  • Assists with training of clerical staff.
  • May search and investigate information contained in files.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a HS diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 years of clerical experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Ability to operate basic office equipment such as personal computers and basic software packages, fax machines, copiers, and telephone systems is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of the various operations of the organization, products, and services is strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual ( English and Spanish) preferred.
  • MS Office Programs Experience preferred.
