Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of the following PulsePoint location. 1000 Washington Street, 3rd Floor, Boston, MA 02118.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

The Agile Product Owner will manage the team backlog, including backlog work items and defects.
How you will make an impact:
• Accept user stories for functionality to be deployed to production.
• Coordinate functional dependencies with other Product Owners, System Team, UAT Team, and other shared resources across multiple teams.
• Participate in iteration reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
• Establish a sequence of team backlog items based on priorities, events, and other team dependencies including determining scope and content.
• Create project documentation including decomposing feature epics to user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Bridge knowledge between business and technical stakeholders by understanding both the business and technical landscapes.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Three (3) years of experience in related occupation(s).
Additional Requirements:
• Three (3) years of experience with system testing and acceptance of user stories supporting the features.
• Three (3) years of experience with translating features into user stories within a team's backlog and managing, ranking, and prioritizing the backlog to reflect the stakeholder requirements and priority.
• Three (3) years of experience communicating stakeholder needs and ensuring that delivery meets contractual requirements, acceptance criteria, and service-level commitments
• Three (3) years of experience collaborating with teams to discover and deliver the best solutions to the market problems presented by the Product Manager.
• Three (3) years of experience with writing user stories and their acceptance criteria as well as translating the product backlog into user stories.
• CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT: At least one of the following: Leading SAFe (SA), SAFe 5 Agilist, CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner), or SPO/PM (SAFE Product Owner/Product Manager).
• TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: Domestic travel up to 5% of the time.
