Virtual: This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (EST)
The Associate Manager of Clinical Support, under general guidance and mentoring, is responsible for overseeing and monitoring the daily workflow of the clinical support staff.
How will you make an impact:
Serves as a subject matter expert in the administrative and operational processes.
Overseeing out of network and chart review administrative processes.
Works to streamline processes to ensure productivity and accuracy.
Collaborates with internal departments on special projects and reporting.
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluate performance of direct reports.
Minimum requirements:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with experience in the health field; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
BA/BS degree in human services preferred.
Flexible and adaptable to a constantly changing workload.
Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
