Business Change Director - Digital
Location: Alternate locations may be considered. This position will work in a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.
The Business Change Director is responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied digital projects, programs, and plans that support the achievement of business unit and enterprise goals.
How you will make an impact:
• Conducts cost/benefit analysis.
• Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.
• Leads the project prioritization and scheduling activities for the business unit.
• Strong understanding of digital tools and technologies relevant to healthcare (preferably care management and disease management).
• Skills in developing and implementing a digital strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals and improves care delivery.
• Focus on designing and implementing digital solutions that enhance patient/member experience and engagement.
• Strong project management and execution skills to oversee digital initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives.
• Expertise in guiding teams through change management, including communication, stakeholder engagement, and training to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
• Has a passion for transformation and innovation to drive new ideas, creativity in problem-solving, and a willingness to experiment with emerging technologies, including AI and automation.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to improve patient/member outcomes, optimize clinical operations, and drive decision-making. Skills in data visualization and understanding of healthcare metrics are beneficial.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards to ensure compliance in digital initiatives.
• Develop clear, compelling, and concise narratives that clearly illustrate the strategic value of digital initiatives for executive stakeholders.
• Craft persuasive messages that highlight the impact and benefits of digital transformation projects.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 10 years managing mid to large-scale change/project initiatives; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
• Knowledge of planning models and methodology, project management, and change management experience (strategic and execution) is strongly preferred.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Prior direct-to-consumer and/or healthcare industry digital experience preferred.
• Experience navigating in a matrix environment in a medium/large company is preferred.
• Experience with digital and omnichannel technologies & strategies preferred.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location, the salary* range for this specific position is $123,288 to $184,932
