The Business Change Manager Sr – Network Strategy is a highly visible and strategic role responsible for driving complex, enterprise-level initiatives that support network strategy, including value-based care (VBC), network expansion, provider partnership models, and long-term planning. This role partners across business units to ensure the successful development, coordination, and implementation of high-impact strategic initiatives that align with the organization’s transformation goals.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Leads cross-functional initiatives focused on network transformation, including projects involving cost of care initiatives, provider network development, and long-term strategic planning.
  • Identifies and anticipates project risks, scope changes, and dependencies, and works proactively to manage and resolve issues.
  • Conducts data-driven analyses to evaluate options, impacts, and cost/benefit scenarios related to network strategy.
  • Develops integrated process and business models to support scalable and sustainable change.
  • Builds alignment and momentum across stakeholder groups by translating strategic objectives into executable project plans.
  • Champions innovation, agility, and continuous improvement in strategic project execution.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 8 years process improvement, business change or project related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experience:

  • Strong background in healthcare finance, business analysis, or strategic planning.
  • Ability to navigate matrixed environments and drive initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills with a track record of driving decisions using data.
  • Self-directed and agile, with a bias for action and the ability to thrive in fast-changing environments.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $91,040 to $163,872

Locations: New York, Maryland
