Location: Ideal candidates will live in or be willing to relocate to the Norfolk, VA area and report to our Pulse Point location at 5800 Northampton Boulevard, Norfolk, VA 23502
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
The Business Change Manager manages the day-to-day Provider Data Quality operations.
How you will make an impact:
Act as an internal resource for lower-level associates to lean on for guidance and training.
Lead monthly detailed Provider Data Quality meetings and status updates with Health Plan leadership, Regulatory department, IMO, IT leads, and other interested stakeholders.
Complete adjustments to GBD Facets provider data to allow claims payments in accordance with the provider’s enrollment eligibility status within the State Medicaid enrollment system.
Serve as operational Product Owner to manage the operational support and readiness for day-to-day delivery and upcoming changes to the Provider BCBSA Data Feed.
Monitor and drive the resolution plan or resolve SNOW Tickets reporting provider data quality issues.
Assess BCBSA data metrics to identify opportunities for operational and data improvements.
Coordinate with all BA levels to incorporate best practices across Elevance Commercial markets.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Additional Requirements:
Five (5) years of experience in related occupation(s).
Five (5) years of experience must include:
Five (5) years of experience in developing business process management (BPM) solutions.
Four (4) years of experience in working with SQL and Oracle and developing key performance indicators to manipulate large sets of data.
Three (3) years of experience in FACETS product provider data analytics and architecture to support data quality; Three (3) years of experience in Agile methodology.
One (1) year of experience in commercial provider data architecture and analytics.
