Client Data Management Senior
Location: This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development.

The Client Data Management Senior will be an integral part of the Data Team in being the front-line contact for all client data needs. This role will center around managing data requirements, leading data implementations, running client communications around data feeds and data quality feedback, and collaborating with data analysts and engineers daily to evaluate file data quality and verify client membership.
The ideal candidate is curious, detailed oriented, an excellent communicator and an independent project manager who is comfortable working through ambiguity and complex data issues. Experience working with claims, eligibility, authorization datasets are preferred. This role will work closely with technical data roles, sales executives, and client account managers and will be expected to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
How you will make an impact:
Act as the primary client-facing point of contact for new data onboarding and ongoing ingestion issues.
Collaborate with health plans to ensure all required data feeds are received, formatted correctly, and meet expected quality standards.
Drive implementation timelines by tracking data dependencies, identifying blockers, and coordinating with internal developers and analysts.
Perform initial data QA checks and partner with the technical team to troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed.
Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring data quality issues and work with clients to resolve discrepancies.
Translate client data questions into internal work items and support prioritization of issue resolution.
Participates on change initiatives teams and works with Business and IT SMEs to document the needs of the department.
Gathers data and information for analysis and review.
Acts as a team member on change and improvement initiatives.
Participates in changes across the organization and in improving new or existing processes, methodologies and practices through observation, research and data collection and analysis.
Monitors adoption and use of process, tools and practices.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 3 years experience in any of the following: coaching, mentoring, monitoring and measuring Information Technology process, tools and standard practices; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
Strong SQL skills with the ability to write, interpret, and troubleshoot queries to support data validation and QA.
Experience working with healthcare data, including eligibility, claims, authorizations, and other payer/provider data sets.
Excellent client-facing communication skills; able to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical audiences.
Experience with data onboarding or data implementation processes in a healthcare or data-focused environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable working through ambiguity and complex data issues.
For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $76,912 to $115,368.
