
Compliance Analyst Sr
Location: Seattle Washington
Hours: Monday - Friday
Travel: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. Position Overview:
The Compliance Specialist Senior plays a key role on the Healthcare Network Team, with a primary focus on preparing, validating, and submitting provider network access and adequacy reports to regulatory agencies. This position ensures the organization’s provider networks meet federal and state requirements, supports compliance readiness for audits and exams, and contributes to the overall integrity and transparency of network reporting.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Regulatory Reporting
Collect, analyze, and validate provider network data to ensure accuracy of required access and adequacy reports.
Prepare and submit timely reports to federal and state regulatory agencies in alignment with all applicable requirements.
Partner with internal business areas to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies prior to submission.
Compliance Monitoring & Research
Monitor and research evolving state and federal network adequacy standards, ensuring reports reflect current regulatory requirements.
Interpret and communicate compliance requirements to internal stakeholders, helping the team align with regulatory expectations.
Audit & Exam Support
Provide support for regulatory audits, internal audits, and on-site reviews related to network adequacy.
Assist in data gathering, documentation, and responses to inquiries from regulators and auditors.
Collaborate with internal teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions where needed.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
Work closely with provider network operations, analytics, and compliance partners to ensure consistent and accurate reporting.
Serve as a subject matter resource on network access compliance for internal stakeholders.
Contribute to process improvements that streamline reporting and strengthen regulatory compliance.
Training & Education
Assist in the development and delivery of training related to network access reporting requirements.
Promote awareness of regulatory expectations within the Healthcare Network Team and across supporting business areas.
Required Qualifications:
Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 2 years health care, regulatory, ethics, compliance or privacy experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Government Regulators Strongly preferred
Intermediate to advanced Excel experience preferred
Data analysis Experience strongly preferred
For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $32.55/HR to $48.83/HR
