Location: Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 2505 N. Highway 360, Suite 300, Grand Prairie, TX 75050
This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
The Data Science Solutions Consultant Senior will build end-to-end solution architecture for new business requirements and on-premises to cloud enablement.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Participate in all phases of design and development life cycle of analytic applications and reporting tools.
- Extract data loads from Teradata into Hadoop environment and create Hive tables.
- Perform data transformation and analysis of vast data stores to uncover insights.
- Build distributed, reliable, and scalable data pipelines to ingest and process data in real time.
- Perform coding and use job scheduling tools to schedule and monitor jobs.
- Mentor and guide the team by aligning them with overall product goals.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Three (3) years of experience working in related occupation(s).
- Three (3) years of experience must include three (3) years in all of the following:
- Building end-to-end solution architecture for new business requirements and on-premises to cloud enablement in Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform.
- Participating in all phases of design and development life cycle of analytic applications and reporting tools utilizing various technology platforms in both on premises and cloud environments. Delivering projects using Spark and Python in the Hadoop ecosystem.
- Extracting data loads from Teradata into Hadoop environment and creating Hive tables.
- SQL in relational databases, including Teradata, Oracle and SQL Server, Big Data, and Hadoop technologies.
- Using Spark and Hive for data transformation, including using Spark SQL to perform analysis of vast data stores and uncover insights.
- Building distributed, reliable, and scalable data pipelines to ingest and process data in real time. Coding in Spark, Scala, SQL, and NoSQL and scripting using shell scripts.
- Control-M and Air-Flow tools to schedule and monitor jobs.
Alternate Education/Experience Requirements:
- Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field plus one (1) year of experience working in related occupation(s). Must have one (1) year of experience in each of the skills listed above.
