Designer Senior

Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 day per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location in Atlanta, GA. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The Senior Designer creates all types of marketing communications, putting the consumer first in their work. Responsible for bringing fresh ideas and a strong understanding of design trends and best practices to every project. Provides advanced creative technical advice for highly complex marketing communication projects.

  • Develops creative concepts that are on strategy and that break through across channels.

  • Collaborates with a copywriter and cross-functional teams to produce thoughtful, engaging executions.

  • Supports and evolves the tone and identity of our brands.

  • Partners with business leaders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.

  • Provides creative leadership from the strategy phase through production for all types of communication and marketing materials.

  • Creates strong visual designs, layouts, and creative executions that align with brand standards.

  • Leads the production of a wide range of deliverables, including social media, digital display, landing pages, videos, and collateral materials.

  • Consults with business leaders to understand business needs.

  • Originates design layout and executes creative plans.

  • Supports business initiatives and identifies process improvement opportunities.

  • Acts as project lead for all complex assignments.

  • Provides guidance or direction to team members.

Minimum Requirements: 

Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
