Location: Alternate locations in Puerto Rico may be considered. This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our PulsePoint locations.

The Director I Customer Care - Multi is responsible for directing the operations of multiple functions within claims customer service and/or enrollment and billing in a call center environment.
How you will make an impact:
Directs the operations of multiple functions including claims customer service or enrollment and billing.
May also direct operations of offices in different geographic locations.
Establishes and provides oversight of the department's policies and procedures.
Hires trains coaches counsels and evaluates performance of direct reports.
Manages special projects and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS; 7-9 years professional leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experience:
Leadership experience working in the managed care/healthcare insurance industry most notably in a call center environment strongly preferred.
Master’s degree preferred.
Fluency in English and Spanish highly preferred.
Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, problem-solving skills, and adaptability highly preferred.
Experience interacting confidently with senior management and executive level stakeholders, as a subject matter expert and comfortable with influencing decision-making preferred.
Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills with the proven ability to negotiate expectations between multiple parties strongly preferred.
Proficient of Microsoft Office products Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Power BI strongly preferred.
