Director I Technology

Location: Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 220 Virginia Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46204.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

The Director I Technology will be responsible for delivery of information systems and/or technology services that may include applications, networks, databases, help desk, etc.

How you will make an impact

  • Develop and deploy system architecture for Vulnerability Management in the Cloud.
  • Perform risk assessment on vulnerabilities affecting cloud environments.
  • Define secure configurations for cloud technologies.
  • Perform analytics and modeling of cloud vulnerability data.
  • Identify and implement system integrations with vulnerability assessment tools.
  • Develop strategic roadmap for vulnerability management in the cloud.
  • Develop and implement for attack surface management related to vulnerabilities in the Cloud.
  • Implement and monitor ongoing discovery and validation of Cloud assets in Elevance Health approved Cloud Service Providers.
  • Support integration of cloud vulnerability management tools and capabilities with ServiceNow modules (e.g., Vulnerability response, GRC, Configuration Compliance, etc.).
  • Implement processes for support and administration of vulnerability assessment technologies.
  • Establish business objectives and integrate operational plans for support and administration of vulnerability management and secure configuration technologies.
  • Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate the performance of direct reports.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with key business partners and technology vendors.
  • Develop Technology Plan and Forecast for an enterprise application, enterprise-wide tool, infrastructure, or a center or domain that is equivalent in scope and complexity, and/or manage day-to-day operations for a major portion of a functional area or department.

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Computer Science, or related field of study.
  • Seven (7) years of any occupation with Information Technology (IT) experience, or related.
  • Seven (7) years of experience of experience in Information Technology (IT), or related occupations must include:
  • Five (5) years of experience with the implementation of technologies in Cloud environments.
  • Three (3) years of experience with systems architecture.
  • Three (3) years of experience developing technological roadmaps for key information security functions.
  • Three (3) years of experience utilizing: Tanium, Prisma, and either Rapid7 or Qualys.
