Developer Advisor


Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of the following PulsePoint location. 823 Congress Ave, Suite 1100, Austin, TX 78701


Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm


The Developer Advisor will work with Elevance Health associates to analyze current processes.


How you will make an impact:


•    Conduct feasibility and design tests for automation of the processes. 
•    Develop automation processes. 
•    Review quality processes with SME and align automation to such processes. 
•    Support automation incidents, and defects. 
•    Support upgrades and maintenance. 
•    Deploy automation and monitor automation performance. 
•    Develop test cases and scenarios and conduct UAT. 
•    Ensure compliance to application security guidelines. 
•    Document automated workflows. 
•    Train new developers. 
•    Review the work of other team members. 
•    Build a development pipeline for automation.

Minimum Requirements: 


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Five (5) years of experience in related occupation(s).

Additional Requirements: 


Five (5) years of experience must include: 


•    Three (3) years experience in RPA based Automation, primarily using UIPath Technology.
•    Three (3) years of experience with design and technical documentation. 
•    Three (3) years experience managing, sustaining, and upgrading day-to-day operations of multiple automation workflows.
•    Three (3) years experience translating manual processes and designing automated processes.
•    Two (2) years of experience programming and conducting database queries using .Net, Java, Oracle, and SQL Server.
•    Two (2) years of experience guiding and leading other developers in building and maintaining automation.

ALTERNATE EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and three (3) years of experience. Must have skills listed above.
