Location: Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 4361 Irwin Simpson Road, Mason, OH 45040.
This role requires associates to be in-office 1–2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
The Engineer III is responsible for delivering end-to-end system development and maintenance for complex technology systems within assigned business units or corporate departments.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Develop and support medium to large complex customer technology platforms and architectures
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements
- Analyze and classify complex change requests and identify system enhancements
- Demonstrate knowledge of industry trends, products, and infrastructure
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to evaluate and implement enhancements
- Define application scope and objectives and prepare functional and technical specifications
- Analyze detailed business and technical requirements and align solutions with stakeholder needs
- Identify risks and issues and support mitigation strategies
- Code and maintain complex system components
- Mentor team members on coding standards and perform code reviews
- Review test cases and advise QA on regression and code impacts
- Perform system testing, resolve defects, and validate results through unit testing
- Support integration efforts across IT teams for successful implementation
- Provide on-call support, monitor systems, and address deficiencies
- Manage sensitive medical data and implement secure data exchange solutions and encryption
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field
- Three (3) years of experience in any occupation with IT experience or related
Experience Requirements:
- Three (3) years of experience in related occupation(s) must include:
- Three (3) years of experience analyzing and resolving back-end process issues in PEGA
- Experience working on one platform with multi-database, multi-language, or multi-business applications
- Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI, PHA, CCPA, and related privacy laws
- Experience supporting end-to-end solutions using PEGA PRPC, MS SQL Database, Informatica ETL, and Oracle Database
- Data integration, analysis, and management of complex datasets
- Database programming using SQL Server and Oracle
- Experience with Java, JSP, J2EE, and related technologies for Pega platform development
- Experience using SOAP UI and Postman for API testing and creating custom reports
