Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The Enrollment Data Analyst III is responsible for supporting daily enrollment and billing operations, including automated enrollment file updates, member reconciliation, reporting analysis, and resolution of complex enrollment issues for assigned markets. This role supports membership retention and growth initiatives through data analysis, operational support, process improvements, and automation efforts.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Support daily enrollment and billing operations while ensuring compliance with state and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Enrollment Operations and assist with resolution of complex enrollment issues.
- Monitor reconciliation processes, operational reporting, and market-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs), escalating issues to management as needed.
- Interface with state agencies, Health Plans, and internal departments to investigate and resolve enrollment-related issues.
- Participate in market meetings and audits to provide market-specific details regarding enrollment load and reconciliation processing.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support operational and strategic business decisions.
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Lead or support enrollment-related projects and reporting initiatives from end to end.
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires an AA/AS in Information Systems, Health Care Management or Business or related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytical role including a minimum of 1 year as an enrollment analyst; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
- Experience in healthcare enrollment, billing, reconciliation, or operational reporting preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis.
- Working knowledge of SQL and reporting/visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work with a sense of urgency, and support cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the hourly pay range* for this specific position is $24.46 to $36.70
