Our Medicaid Health Plan is looking to hire an Executive Admin Assistant.  Reporting to the Health Plan President, this critical team member performs various support functions for our Health Plan President and their leadership team.  This position will work in a hybrid way, Monday through Friday in our Nashville, TN corporate office 3-4 days a week.

How you will make an impact:

  • Writes and routes confidential correspondence.

  • Screens, handles, or distributes incoming phone calls and complaints.

  • Maintains confidential correspondence and general files, and orders supplies.

  • Prepares and tracks budgets, coordinates travel plans, and submits expense reports.

  • Compiles and distributes meeting minutes, and compiles information for reports, documents, and proposals.

  • Collates and assembles materials, and makes arrangements for meetings/presentations.

  • Organizes chart updates, prepares forms, and reviews documentation for conformance with internal policies and procedures.

  • Utilizes various software packages such as spreadsheets, word processing, databases, and graphics to produce high-quality reports, presentations, and documents.

  • Researches, verifies, and prepares reports, and creates and maintains databases.

  • Performs diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring comprehensive skill and knowledge of organization policies and procedures. 

Requires a HS diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 5+ years administrative experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred experiences and skills:
-5+ years of administrative experience that includes supporting an Executive level leader.

-Demonstrated experience in a public or client-facing administrative role where in-person, video, and phone call first impressions are critical.

-Demonstrated expertise in organization, strong follow-up skills, and anticipating the day-to-day needs of executive leaders.

-Microsoft Office proficiency.
