Health Information Consultant Senior
Location: Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 5650 University Parkway, Winston-Salem, NC 27105
This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
The Health Information Consultant Senior provides business expertise regarding the appropriate use of data elements and cooperate with reporting personnel from other areas to establish and maintain these common business rules.
How you will make an impact:
Translate data trends into strategic recommendations for program development and action plans.
Track and prioritize projects through coordination and negotiation with internal and external clients to improve the efficiency of information/project plan generation.
Evaluate and triage potential projects and studies based on the value, cost benefit analysis and the urgency of the request.
Perform strategic data analysis and research as appropriate to support business needs (e.g., disease management, provider profiling, etc.). Develop detailed understanding of relevant business processes, goals and strategy in order to provide analysis and interpretation.
Mentor associates and identify training needs and initiate education to address skill and knowledge gaps.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Five (5) years of experience in related occupation.
Additional Requirements:
Five (5) years of experience must include:
Five (5) years of experience in Tableau dashboard development and Microsoft SSRS report development.
Five (5) years of experience in advanced SQL querying.
Five (5) years of experience in SQL server or Oracle data warehouses, including performance tuning.
Five (5) years of experience in identifying and resolving barriers in analytics development processes.
Three (3) years of experience in leading data analytics or reporting projects. Three (3) years of experience sharing data insights to solve problems.
Two (2) years of experience mentoring less experienced employees.
