Location: Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. This includes remote work and 1-2 days in office per week. Candidates must reside within a 50-mile or 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location.

Title HR Consultant - Bilingual - We are seeking a dynamic, bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Consultant to join our team and play a critical role in solving organizational challenges through people-related solutions. This position requires you to be an integral part of the HR Operations team. You will work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBP) to understand every aspect of the business and provide expertise on human capital and organizational topics.

How You Will Make an Impact

 Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: 

  • Collaborate with HRBPs to deliver comprehensive human capital solutions aimed at driving business goals.

  • Apply hands-on approaches combined with critical reasoning and data analytics to solve challenges.

  • Challenge conventional practices and influence leaders to rethink work processes.

  • Work with cross-functional HR experts in areas such as payroll, benefits, immigration, and compensation teams.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to HRBPs on organizational and people-related strategies and execution tactics.

  • Provide insightful data analysis to guide decision-making and problem-solving.

  • Influence cross-disciplinary solutions, integrating various aspects beyond human capital.

  • Support EEO/AA action plans and DEI initiatives.

  • Manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities with ease.

  • Thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

  • Communicate complex changes clearly and effectively.

  • Potentially promote and sell HR consulting products and services to external clients.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, including HR experience, business partner or generalist experience with data, analysis, trends and reports; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Strongly preferred HR designation (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP).

  • Previous Workday experience preferred.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to influence through strong relationships, expertise, and data.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable with hands-on work and collaborating within a team-oriented setting.
