Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Ideal candidates must live within 50 miles of a PulsePoint location.

The HR Operations Coordinator- (Bilingual English/Spanish) is responsible processing and responding to associate and management inquiries regarding human resources benefit and payroll matters.

How you will make an impact:

  • Reviews leave cases and coordinates with insurance carriers and the Department of Labor.
  • Processes payroll adjustments and changes in HRIS system.
  • Performs balancing activities.
  • Maintains records in case management system and assign or research cases as required.
  • Supports system changes.
  • Runs and analyzes reports and queries.
  • Researches and resolves specific transactional inquiries and customer issues.
  • Processes basic department specific transactional work.
  • Point of contact for compliance inquires and escalates to the appropriate people or departments. 
  • Follows standard operating procedures and processing guidelines while maintaining attention to detail accuracy and timeliness.

Minimum requirements:

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of transacting experience in payroll, tax, benefits, or leaves of absence; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Strongly preferred College degree and Workday experience.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • SINOT and FONDO knowledge
