Investment Consultant [AFT010]


Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of the following PulsePoint location. 220 Virginia Ave, Indianapolis IN 46204.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

The Investment Consultant [AFT010] will maintain oversight of external investment managers.


How you will make an impact:


•    Assist in external manager searches and evaluations. 
•    Create portfolio risk analysis for the insurance portfolio, including key portfolio metrics and statistics, interest rate sensitivities, historical risk sensitivities, and scenario analysis. 
•    Prepare and present investment performance reports to senior management, including analysis of investment results, exposures, and income variance analysis. 
•    Recommend internal trading strategies and support the liquidity investment program. 
•    Construct and produce monthly new money yield analysis and report. Support investment portfolio ESG reporting and analysis.

Minimum Requirements: 


Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Five (5) years of experience working in related occupation(s).

Additional Requirements:


Five (5) years of experience must include: 
•    Five (5) years of related experience utilizing Bloomberg tools and analytics.
•    Five (5) years of related experience working in the fixed-income investment management industry, including experience in the oversight of third-party fixed-income managers
•    Five (5) years of related experience supporting legal and compliance requirements for fixed-income investment programs.
•    Five (5) years of related experience calculating and analyzing investment portfolio metrics, including portfolio return performance and investment risk exposure.
•    REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Certification.
