Location: Hybrid; Within 50 miles of any Elevance Health Pulse Point location
Shift: Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm

The Learning Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for end-to-end client and learner experiences when technology is a key component of a learning solution. This role within the CXO L&D Center of Excellence Team integrates digital and AI advancements into content development. Responsibilities include seamless technology integration, mentoring designers, and managing client and learner experiences.
How you will make an impact:
- Partners with Learning & Development associates to gather and interpret client business requirements.
- Consults on the best usage of technology, based on specific client business needs and practices, ensuring strategic adoption and effective use of learning technologies.
- Partners with clients on project charters, scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budgets, and timing to ensure project success.
- Tracks and reports on project milestones.
- Manages project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved.
- Determines if external consultants or contractors will be required to complete the project plan, and may assist in recruiting and managing appropriate vendor resources.
- Administers and maintains knowledge management platforms and learning and performance systems.
- Trains, coaches, and supports associates on learning technologies.
- Researches and resolves issues with learning technologies and provides technical system support on behalf of users.
- Tests new systems and functionality.
- Ensures learning event readiness.
- Seeks and supports new approaches, practices, and processes to improve the efficiency of training services offered.
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires BA/BS in Education, Information Technology or related field and a minimum of 3 years of project management experience, and experience as a Training/Learning Consultant, Instructional Designer, or eLearning Designer; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred skills, capabilities, and experiences:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Advanced SharePoint administration skills, including lists, automation, and workflows.
- LMS administration and management
- CTT, CIT, or CPLP Certification preferred.
