Marketing Manager - Pharmacy
Location: Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. This includes remote work and 1-2 days in office per week.

The Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Growth and Retention within CarelonRx Marketing. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing B2B focused pharmacy strategies aligned to business priorities. This position will be accountable for the area of Labor and Trust, help support broker engagement, and drive growth through pre-sale strategies. The successful candidate will be a forward-thinking, results-driven marketer with a passion for taking initiative and achieving success.
How You Will Make an Impact
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Foster and cultivate excellent relationships with business partners, team members, and marketing leaders
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies leveraging business priorities and market intelligence to grow and retain pharmacy business.
- Colloborate with internal business partners to provide strategic marketing guidance.
- Identify and pursue innovative engagement opportunities aligned with business priorities.
- Engage in cross-functional teamwork with internal partners and services to strategize, execute, and evaluate initiatives.
- Oversee the creation and review of communication materials by coordinating with appropriate resources.
- Lead development of marketing collateral to support marketing plans
- Provide strategic direction to marketing creative services.
Minimum requirements
- Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences
- Managed care or Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) experience preferred.
- Associates in this role are expected to have strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
- Experience working in a matrix organization.
- Results oriented. Ability to roll up the sleeves to drive towards the key business outcomes.
- Relationship builder.
