Network Analyst Senior
Location Hybrid 1: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered.
The Network Analyst Senior is responsible for reviewing provider organizations and systems for development of analyses that support the contract negotiation process.
How you will make an impact:
Manages large quantities of complex statistical and financial data from various corporate systems and external sources to prepare network reports, analyses, maps and databases.
Develops database structures and reports.
Functions as a Project Manager in developing and implementing Leadership Conferences.
Works on special projects.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 2 years analytical or project management experience; minimum 2 years' experience in health care administration; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
Master's Degree strongly preferred.
Experience with or knowledge of medical terminology and medical billing/coding preferred.
Understanding of claims and credentialing processing preferred.
Claims auditing/analysis experience strongly preferred.
WGS and/or GBD Facets experience strongly preferred.
