Network Contract Administrator

Location Hybrid 1: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2  days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The Network Contract Administrator is responsible to prepare and maintain contracts and documentation with multiple payment methodologies for hospitals and other certain ancillary providers.

How you will make an impact:

  • Compiles and analyzes data in support of contract development.

  • Analyzes and prepares contracts with multiple complex payment methodologies (per diem, per case, stop loss, OHAS fee schedule, rapid treatment, charge caps, etc.) as defined by DRGs, Revenue codes, CPT codes, etc.

  • Constructs pricing exhibits, utilizing multiple payment methodologies, covering multiple contract periods.

  • Constructs charge cap exhibits covering multiple contract periods.

  • Maintains all contract and amendment boilers (Hospital, ASC, Partial Day, Outpatient Facility, etc.) and coordinates changes as necessary, paying close attention to contract language and content.

  • Ensures contracts comply with state and federal laws.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 2 years of healthcare operations, provider/network or contract related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

  • Experience reviewing and analyzing provider contracting language, collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational standards and compliance requirements strongly preferred.

  • Provider relations, and network contracting experience strongly preferred.

  • Medical billing and coding experience preferred.
