PBM Formulary Analyst II (Business Analyst II)

Location: This position will work a hybrid model (1-2 days/week in office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of an Elevance Health PulsePoint location in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) or Central Standard Time (CST) timezones.

The PBM Formulary Analyst II (Business Analyst II) is responsible for translating basic business needs into requirements.

How you will make an impact:

  • Analyze business needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.
  • Determine specific business requirements to address specific business needs.
  • Act as liaison to other teams to address questions/issues.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 3 years related business analysis experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

  • Managed care/PBM experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations is strongly preferred.
  • Pharmacy technician experience strongly preferred.
  • Advanced analytical and Excel skills strongly preferred.
