Procurement Intern – Summer 2026

Location: Indianapolis, IN, Atlanta, GA, Cincinnati, OH, or Wallingford, CT. This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. A Procurement Intern will be responsible for supporting our Procurement Finance team by identifying and implementing new solutions in our global supply chain, focusing efforts on data analytics, automation and AI to improve our broader Finance organization. During this summer internship, the intern will have the opportunity to interact with business leaders in developing projects and strategic initiatives to gain further insight into the complexities of procurement in a Fortune 20 enterprise.

This position is a full-time, 10-week paid internship (May 18th, 2026 – July 24th, 2026) program in alignment with our Enterprise-wide Summer Internship program.

How you will make an impact:

  • Analyze large-scale and complex data sets from reports to develop strategic recommendations for business improvement

  • Collaborate with finance professionals on projects related to Invoice Auditing, large-scale data analytics, and strategic contract negotiation.

  • Collect, analyze, and clearly document existing business processes to ensure a thorough understanding of current workflows.

  • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external business leaders

Minimum Requirements:

  • Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in either: Finance, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or related degree at an accredited university or college

  • The ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship and work in-office at least once per week.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

  • An interest in health care and insurance

  • Interest and experience using generative AI tools

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel, Word, and Powerpoint

  • Knowledge of Tableau or related data visualization software

  • Excellent Problem-solving, Analytical, and Organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
