Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. The ideal candidate will be located in Chicago, IL, however, alternate locations may be considered.
We are looking for a bold, visionary Product Management Director Senior to join our team and lead the design, development, and delivery of high-impact digital health products that transform the way we engage with members, providers, and partners. You will be at the center of strategy execution, driving outcomes across a diverse ecosystem of platforms, experiences, and teams.
How you will make an impact:
- Shape and implement product strategy across a multi-product portfolio in alignment with enterprise goals.
- Champion user-centered design, market fit, and scalable growth through a strong digital-first product vision.
- Develops, implements and maintains competitive product platform.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, clinical and analytics teams to deliver measurable results.
- Track performance at the benefit-design, market, and segment levels; use insights to continuously improve and adapt roadmaps.
- Supports the development of short and long term strategic product plans in support of market, sales and profitability objectives.
- Identifies system needs to support short and long term product strategy.
- Influence system requirements, value propositions, and feature sequencing to maximize speed-to-value.
- Act as a transformation partner across enterprise functions, driving agility, innovation, and whole-health alignment.
- Lead or contribute to complex enterprise-wide initiatives (e.g., legislative changes, new market entries, digital-first pilots).
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 7 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
- MBA preferred.
- Proven success launching 0-to-1 or scaled B2B/B2C/SaaS products in healthcare or highly regulated market preferred.
- Track record of managing $50M+ portfolios and influencing outcomes through OKRs or value metrics preferred.
- Deep experience leading diverse product teams (10+ direct/indirect reports) preferred.
- Comfort operating in matrixed, fast-paced, cross-functional environments preferred.
- Strong strategic storytelling and executive communication skills preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled health products, payer-provider platforms, or telehealth preferred.
For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $138,248 to $207,372.
