Program Manager - LTSS Operations
Location: Nashville, TN; Atlanta, GA; Indianapolis, IN; Denver, CO.
This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The Program Manager is responsible for the development and ongoing management of one or more operations focused projects supporting individuals and providers in Long-Term Services & Support programs. Program managers typically support business strategies through an integrated portfolio of external client facing projects or initiatives. A program manager may have responsibility for a piece of a larger enterprise/regional external client facing program.
How you will make an impact:
- Acts as the primary liaison between LTSS leadership and clinical and operational teams, ensuring projects are executed with high quality and aligned with leadership expectations and contractual requirements.
- LTSS clinical and provider systems expert. Monitors the efficacy of Wellpoint systems, partners with product teams to test and offer guidance on system development, ensures that Wellpoint associates are leveraging best practices in utilizing systems. Partners with LTSS trainers to guide on HIP training strategies and enhancements.
- LTSS reporting subject matter expert, interfaces with enterprise reporting teams to ensure that LTSS has access to key data and supports associates in accessing and leveraging data through ThoughtSpot and other tools.
- Responsible for establishing and supporting LTSS membership retention, redetermination and disenrollment processes.
- Develops clear, impactful PowerPoint presentations, executive summaries, and performance reports aligned with LTSS operations and overall performance.
- Researches applicable subject matter practices and remains aware of industry trends.
- Manages external client facing relationships and partners with corporate and regional business areas.
- Coordinates training related to ECF CHOICES or other IDD programs; develops program success measures and performs periodic assessments of program success.
Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 5 years external client facing experience in program/project management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
- Graduate degree preferred.
- Project management certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in LTSS operations preferred.
- Mastery in Microsoft products- Excel, PowerPoint and Word strongly preferred.
For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $101,992 to $127,490
